Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Perfect Piercing and More. The following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

We offer free regular shipping outside the State of Maryland and within the continental United States. For express shipping and international orders, the shipping amount will be calculated during checkout.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days provided the item is in stock. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your item has shipped containing a tracking number.

Perfect Piercing and More is not responsible for any customs, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

Perfect Piercing and More is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. if you received your order damaged or if your shipment was lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
